Chocolate Volcano - Individual rich dark chocolate mousse on top of a Breton crust.
Cheesecake Savarin - Creamy cheesecake over a shortbread biscuit topped with fruit glaze.
Cream Puff - Fresh baked choux pastry filled with fresh whipped cream in assorted flavours.
Tiramisu - Italian classic made with Kahlua coffee mascarpone cream and Savioardi biscuits.
Cannoli - Classic Italian fried pastry tubes filled with assorted cream or flavoured mousse.
Chocolate Éclair - Fresh baked choux pastry filled with fresh vanilla whipped cream, topped with chocolate drizzle.
Carrot Cake - Our own carrot cake sponge with Pineapple individually made and topped with our sweetened real whipped cream cheese.
Panna Cotta - Madigascar Vanilla Bean panna cotta, enhanced with fruit glazes, on top of a Breton crust.

Rollettes - $19 per minimum of 16 pieces of one flavour. Fluffy chiffon cake, rolled with Infused Chantilly Cream. (Flavors: Madagascar Vanilla, Cappuccino, Chocolate, Strawberry, Mango, and Pistachio)
